I've got a lot of catching up to do, bear with me! Spencer's Sophomore wresting was a bit elusive for me. Being a Sophomore, he didn't get as many matches as he did in Jr. High, so we didn't get as many pictures. But he did have a lot of fun being on the wrestling team and learned quite a bit, as high school wrestling is a number of levels above Jr. High.
One of the great benefits of the wrestling team is the camaraderie that is developed. . to the point of using each other for pillows.
When Spencer did get matches (he was 3rd string at 152), he did well.
Another benefit for our family is that since all three wrestle, they can help coach each other. Spencer is coaching DJ at the Northern State tournament for Tech which is helpful because during a tournament, sometimes the coaches are hard to find.
